Client: General Growth Properties Industry: Real Estate Management - Human Resources Department Project: “Profile” Brochure, Binder and Forms Art Direction / “Profile” Brochure and Binder Concept / Binder Design / Binder Production / Production Management Problem: They needed to entice the BEST people to work at GGP. Soltution: The “Profile” concept was praised by new employees! Our team was chosen to consult on the CEOs "paperless policy." The change required each mall to received one Binder with with an organizer, inside. The Binder contained copies of triplicate forms and standard black & white forms. Later, revisions to the standard black & white forms became pdfs. Then, the printing of the mall's forms became "print, as needed." The GGP “Profile” Brochure was concepted. The concept included a search for royalty free photography and the production included engineered die-cuts. Shown above are Ted’s brochure samples. For these projects, he designed brochure concepts and page layouts, which included typography explorations. He also developed the electronic documents from templates with style sheets to page layouts. Then, he developed and released the final art. |
