Client: Mattie Lufkin Industry: Home & Office Harmonizer Project: Website Concept / Navigation, Website and Wireframe Design / HTML and CSS Programming / Hosting Set-up Problem: Balance and harmony MUST be the most important visual elements. Solution: A well-balanced home page design shows an Asian character for harmony and the natural beauty of a butterfly landing. The client needed a website with visual elements that reflected balance and harmony. So, a well-balanced home page was designed showing an Asian character for harmony. This color palette had been choosen, because it matched the company's branding. The client and Ted Gibbs had choosen these photographs, which were taken by the client. The navigation devices were created with FireWorks. This sample is compliant with *tableless* website accessibility standards and "googlable". Ted’s websites have been informative new mediums for presenting the client’s products and services. The above websites were developed from concept through final posting. The process begins by exploring typography, developing color palettes and creating original graphics. Then, the interaction and wireframes were developed, followed by the page layouts being designed. Next, the navigation devices were created. The final web postings included style sheets and meta tags.
